· The money refund in return for the Gift certificate is impossible.
· All services, provided by Gift certificate should be reserved in advance by its holder. Rendering of services under Gift certificate is made in general order taking into consideration the availability of free rooms and sessions in SPA-club.
· Bearer has the right to get service at a more expensive price than mentioned in the certificate. In this case he should pay the difference.
· Certificate for a certain sum could be considered as a long-term deposit and should be used during one stay (in case of accommodation) or one visit to SPA-club (without accommodation). The Certificate is valid for 6 month from the moment of sale.
