And that is what documents say. For the first time the land where “Pervomaiskoe” settlement is situated now was mentioned in Ivan Kalita diploma (year the 1339^th). In this diploma it was written that Ivan Kalita presented villages Podol and Krasnoe where there was the Desna river and Saint Nikolai cloister with villages to his son. The cloister was situated not very close to the river but much higher where it was surrounded by forest. Peasants and monks took care about the forest and didn’t cut it. The forest protected them from pestilence and Tatars.

Later, after year the1660 the cloister became a St. Nicolas the Wonderworker parish church and cloistral settlement became known as Nikolskoe and later – Staro-Nilolskoe.

According to “Clerical list” in 1847 Ivan Petrovich Musin-Pushkin was the owner of Staro-Nikolskoe patrimony. He paid a lot of his attention to the church. Churches became the center of peasants’ life. Staro-Nikolskoe patrimony became an inheritance of his son, then to Gudovich K.I., then to Krigin A.E. and then to Krigin’s heirs.

Nowadays on the territory of the ex Staro-Nikolskaya patrimony there are State poultry pedigree plant “Ptichnoe” and Armoured factory. The latest owner of the patrimony was Sergey Vasil’evich Glinski.

In 1972 there was a summer camp and holiday hotel in this territory. Every year children of the representatives of Consul of Mutual Economic Assistance came to the “Druzhba” summer camp. There was everything necessary for children: swimming pool, sports ground, tennis. There was a tradition in the camp to meet children from countries- members of Consul of Mutual Economic Assistance.

In accordance with Mayor’s order in 1991 the summer camp was renamed and became a “Mosservice” association. Later in 1992 it became a Municipal company “Olimp”, then a holiday hotel “Druzhba”, then in 1994 Open Joint Stock Company “Druzhba”.

In September 1995 in the territory of summer camp appeared the building of “Imperial Park Hotel & SPA”. Managers of OJSC “Gazprom”, its subsidiaries and chief architect of the project Sinyavskaya T.I. were the initiators of projecting and building of the hotel.

Architecture of the building is expressed in noble-estate style. Buildings of the hotel combine architecture styles of the past reconstructing noble style of Russian estate. Building of the hotel was finished in December 2004 and on the 16^th of December the hotel was officially opened. 

The 6^th of December 2006 “Imperial Park Hotel & SPA” was entitled by the Federal Tourism Agency as the unique 5-star hotel in Moscow region. Natela Otarovna Shengelia, Deputy Director of the Federal Tourism Agency awarded the conformity mark to the hotel.

Since December 2006 “Imperial Park Hotel & SPA” has been a member of Russian Union of Tourism Industry.

Twice, in December 2006 and 2007 “Imperial Park Hotel & SPA” was honored with First Prize of the Governor of the RF B.V. Gromov as the best company in the sphere of hotel business.

On the 27^th of September, International Tourist Day, in banquet hall “Napoleon” a solemn ceremony of presenting a Sinkevich National Tourist Prize. “Imperial Park Hotel & SPA” became a laureate of the award “the best 5-star hotel”.

On the 29^th of November participating in the competition “Leaders of Tourist Industry” “Imperial Park Hotel & SPA” won the award – a silver crown with phianites and pearls in nomination “Service quality - hotel”.

In 2007 OJSC “Druzhba” (“Imperial Park Hotel & SPA”) won the award “The best Employer in Russia”. That award was aimed at supporting initiatives of the President and the Government of the RF in social sphere. Initiatives are mostly suitable for the solution of socially important problems and goals. For example: keeping and creating of jobs, timely remuneration, job placement of young employees.
