Make a reservation directly in the hotel (by phone, fax, e-mail) and next time after repeated arrival also by direct reservation we will prepare for you a 5% discount card for services of the hotel.
Every card has its own registration number for every holder. A card shouldn’t be transferred to any third party and is a property of the hotel. Operation of discount cards can be restricted or stopped by “Imperial Park Hotel & SPA” without notifying the card holders.
After getting a 5% discount card you can accumulate valuable marks in our hotel: every time when you make a reservation or payment from your account, showing your discount card of the hotel, you will get one mark for every ruble spent on certain types of services in the territory of “Imperial Park Hotel & SPA”.
When you accumulate 300 000 notes, on the next arrival we replace your 5% discount card with a 10 % discount card.
When your balance becomes 500 000 marks you will get a unique 15% discount card.
Discounts for card holders are for the following types of service:
· Hotel accommodation*
· Service of restaurants, bars and night club
· SPA-club service
· Service of the Center “Grand Arena”
Discount doesn’t apply to special offers, actions and packages of services.
* - card holders can obtain a discount for accommodation only if they make a reservation directly in the hotel.
