1) Reservation, accommodation and seeing off guests is effected during twenty-four-hour in the hotel.
2) Reservation is considered to be guaranteed on condition that the guest provides his/her credit card data or pays for the reserved room in advance. In case of guarantee reservation the room is reserved for guest during one day from the day of arrival. If the guest is late for more than one day or doesn’t arrive, the hotel withdraws the cost for one day for the reserved room.
3) In case of changing his/her intention guest can cancel the reservation.
Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation should be made not later than 24 hours before the arrival and only in written form. In this case prepayment should be returned or kept on guest’s folio for future arrivals. In case of late cancellation the hotel has a right for compensation of 100% of the price for accommodation for 1 day. Other conditions of cancellation of reservation are to be applied according to the contracts of providing hotel service.
4) Accommodation in the hotel is made on the basis of providing the identity documents, specified in the Order of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Russian Federation dd. 12/28/2006 No 1105 «About the approval of administrative regulations of Federal Migratory service, granting of the state service for delivery, replacement and execution of the state function under the account of passports of the citizen of the Russian Federations proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation in territory of the Russian Federation», Federal Statute No 115 d.d. 7/25/2002 «About a legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation», Federal Statute «About the migratory enumeration of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the Russian Federation» No 109-FZ d.d. 18.07.2006.
5) Check-out (departure time) is12 a.m. Arrival time – 2 p.m. In case of early arrival from 00.00 to 12.00 and late departure from 14.00 to 23.00 the payment is half of the room rate for one day.
6) Children up to 12 years old live in the hotel for free. Children up to 12 years old stay in the same room with their parents for free. Upon request of customer there can be cribs in the room.
7) On arrival at the hotel the guest pays the whole sum for his/her accommodation. Extra service is to be paid at a time of check-out or in case of leaving the territory of the hotel. Guest can make a deposit for payment for further service.
8) Payment for accommodation and additional services should be made in accordance with price-list, confirmed by the director of the hotel. Payment can be made in any form. Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards are approved for payment in the hotel.
9) Management of the hotel fixes the list of services included in the cost of accommodation. Included service is to be provided only to registered guests.
10) Rooms of the hotel are equipped with individual safes, for keeping peculiars of the guests. For this purposes you can also use depository cells in the reception hall. The hotel doesn’t bear responsibility for the safety of your peculiars, if you don’t put them into safe or depositary cells.
11) Guests should take care of the property of the hotel, keep silence and order. The damage inflicted to the hotel should be reimbursed on the basis of the Act of the Damage. For mass events and using pyrotechnical devices you should get a permission from the hotel administration.
12) It isn’t normal in our hotel to come to public places (such as restaurants, bars and hotel halls) in swimming costumes and dressing gowns, as well as to smoke in non-smoking rooms and areas.
13) Guests who live in the hotel and visit SPA-club should observe the rules of visiting SPA-club “Aquamarine”.
14) At registration every guest gets an electronic card to open his/her room. We don’t recommend you giving your card to third parties for security reasons.
15) The hotel can not offer you service for accommodation of your pets. In special cases the possibility of accommodation of your pets on the territory should be permitted by the administration of the hotel.
16) The administration provides equal availability of all public places in their working hours, excluding special specific occasions (cleanup days, special events, etc.). Working hours of public places are stated by the administration.
17) For security reasons in the hotel territory there is access control for guests’ vehicles. When leaving the hotel territory you should pay for the rendered services and get a pass card. When you leave the territory of the hotel the pass card is submitted to a security guard.
18) Parking rules are stated by the administration as well as regulating car flow in the territory of the hotel. The speed of a car moving is limited to
19) For security reasons and also for keeping the order there is video surveillance in the territory of the hotel. The administration of the hotel has the right to refuse to serve a guest in state of alcoholic or drug intoxication.
20) To avoid fire it is recommended that the guests should strictly observe conventional rules and fire precautions.
21) In case of breaking the rules of staying in the hotel the administration has the right to prohibit further staying of the guest.
