Our small brewery has been constructed and equipped by the Czech experts. Our specialists were taught by the best Czech brewers! Many years has passed since then.
Now, when Czech experts come to visit us and take a glass of our beer, they say: “Nothing has changed. The taste of your beer is still “live” and unique like just after brewing”. It means that brewing didn’t become an ordinary thing for us during these many years. Like for the firs time, we carefully check every step of brewing our beer. We can proudly say that our beer – is a home-produced beer.
Nowadays scientists from different countries of the word talk about the use of beer. In moderate portions this drink leads out carcinogens, reduces the risk of cancer and cardiovascular illnesses, prevents the appearance of calculus in kidneys, increases the immunity. Half a glass of beer on an empty stomach helps to train the stomach and removes the excess of mucus that has positive effect in many types of gastritis.
No one liquid except beer can take out of the organism salt of aluminum. Beer accelerates metabolism and favors the rejuvenation of cells. Some scientists believe that regular consumption of beer (in small portions) slows down ageing process. Specialists of “Munich Brewing Academy” have made a revolutionary statement. They say that one liter of beer 10 times healthy than one liter of milk! For many people it is interesting to find out that beer is less caloric than coca-cola, apple juice and fruit drinks with sugar.
Beer has four main components: malt, hop, yeast and water. These components include nothing unhealthy. But! We should prevent you from hasty conclusions. It is referred only to “live” beer, natural and exclusive product. Bottled and canned beer in shops and in the majority of restaurants is made at big factories commercially. It can be kept for a long time only because of filtration and pasteurization. Preservatives, stabilizer and ferment components accelerate the process of its production and reduce the price, but kill flavoring qualities and the advantage mentioned above.
Only in small factories like our, malt (germinated barley) can enrich beer with carbohydrates and minerals. Our beer is rich with amino acids and vitamins of group B. To brew our beer we use spring water and import malt and hop of high quality. We use classic Czech technology of sedimentary fermentation without sugar, flavors, preservatives, stabilizers and we don’t filter beer at a final stage.
We offer our guests “Staro-Nikolskoe” 12 percent dark and light beer, which have won a lot of awards for unique qualities of taste. “Staro-Nikolskoe” dark brewed on the basis of old technology of “Imperial beer”. Caramelized and burnt malt flavors it with deep dance aroma with a range of tones. Frequent customers call it “honey”. A layer of dense froth indicates the quality of beer.
Restaurant «Beer Assembly» is always open for real judges of beer and for those who is going to discover true advantages of this bright and rich drink, noble, versatile and difficult in brewing like wine or cognac. From a restaurant hall through a glass wall you will see the heart of our factory – a mash-cooking section where there are two huge coppers with the impressive, highly polished copper cover.
We serve our visitors in restaurant halls, on a veranda, in park - on the open barbecue areas. We also sell our beer in kegs from 10 to 50 litres to all interested persons.
